Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Production Shift Lead, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process by:
- Leading and supervising production team members to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality control measures.
- Collaborating with team members to optimize processes and improve productivity.
- Monitoring production schedules and adjusting as necessary to meet targets.
- Conducting regular inspections and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Providing training and support to team members to foster a collaborative work environment.

Experience Level:
- Preferred experience level is 2 to 5 years in a manufacturing or production environment.

Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in safety and quality control protocols.
- Ability to analyze production metrics and implement improvements.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with process engineering principles.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing techniques.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
