Rental Car Shift Supervisor

Managed Labor Solutions, a leading nationwide rental car outsourcing provider, is currently seeking experienced Shift Supervisor for our location at the Indianapolis International Airport. We offer training and development as well as advancement opportunities across the country. The job entails leading a team of drivers and cleaners to achieve the daily production objectives. It is expected that you will be required to jump in and help and push the tempo of the team.

Job Requirements:

• Dedication to excellent customer service
• Laser focus on safety
• Valid US driver’s license
• Must be able to spend long periods standing
• Willingness to do what it takes to achieve the desired objectives of the day

Qualifications:

• Valid US Driver's License
• Prior experience leading teams
• Submit to a background check
