Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with an Advanced Certificate in Floor Time to join our team. This key position will play a critical role in overseeing the operations of our new Floor Time center, ensuring high-quality services and compliance with industry standards. The LCSW will also work closely with insurance companies to establish and maintain contracts, facilitating access to our services for a broader community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the Floor Time center, ensuring a high standard of care and compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans using the Floor Time approach.
  
• Provide clinical supervision and support to staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Engage with families and caregivers, offering guidance, support, and resources as needed.
  

Qualifications:

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey.
• Advanced Certificate in Floor Time.
  
• Strong knowledge of insurance processes, including contract negotiations and compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
