Synergy Care is looking for a qualified PRN or Part Time Physical Therapist a open position in Jasper, TX. We are looking for someone who will provide quality patient care and be a team player. Our facilities are primarily long-term care.

In order to be considered for this position you must be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapist. You must currently hold or be eligible for a valid state license (where appropriate) as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
