PHYSICAL THERAPIST - Chatuge Regional Hospital - Full Time

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Chatuge Regional Hospital (CRH). As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with a variety of medical conditions, including orthopedic and sports injuries, geriatric rehabilitation, and other physical impairments. Your primary goal will be to help patients regain their strength, mobility, and independence through the use of manual therapy, exercise, and other rehabilitation techniques.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current state license as a Physical Therapist
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Specialization in neurologic or geriatric rehabilitation
• Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting
• Certifications

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy and exercise-based interventions
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and techniques in physical therapy

Skills:

As a Physical Therapist at CRH, you will utilize your expertise in Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, Orthopedic Rehabilitation, Manual Therapy and Geriatric Rehabilitation to provide exceptional care to our patients. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and use your strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and their families.
