Physical Therapist (PT), Part Time

The Hagedorn Little Village School has been a leading provider in Early Intervention, CPSE and CSE services to children and families for 50 years. We are currently looking for qualified professionals to provide services in our programs.

Job Summary/ Requirements:

HOME-BASED PHYSICAL THERAPIST
Independent contractors to work as fee for service Physical Therapists in our EI/CPSE/CSE programs
Therapists must have experience and availability. Opportunities to provide services in the home or local preschools.

W2 FEE FOR SERVICE Physical Therapist

Licensed PT working with early intervention, preschool and school aged students with special needs on-site at HLVS

Must have NYS license
New college graduates welcome to apply

10-month school calendar and 6-week summer program

Flexible hours Monday – Friday in our sensory gym

Salary: $60.00 - $64.00 per hour
