Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: I need care through the Waverly program which pays for the care. About the care needs: They would need to assist with transfers to the bathroom, living room and bedroom. And put me to bed at night by 8 p.m. must like dogs as I have a small 18 lb dog. Caring and understanding of tremors. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
