Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

Help needed for my husband in his 70s - seeking part-time hands-on care. The ideal match will meet the requirements below. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with pets and CPR / first-aid trained. My husband had a stroke 10 years ago plus has serious knee pain. He needs help every morning to get compression socks on and then knee sleeves and knee braces and some minimal help with dressing. I typically do this everyday but am having some surgery and won't be able to help him. But I will be home and can help direct this care which should not take the full hour.
