Companion Care Needed

I'm looking for live-in home care for my mother in her 80s. Important - experience with managing and administering medication is required. Some help needed with bathing, if needed. Personal care required, including making sure she eats the meal prep provided by us. No need to spoof feed, but need to ensure she eats. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and speaks either portuguese or spanish as my mother's native language is Portuguese.
