Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: She has some moderate dementia and forgets to eat lunch or take her meds. Need someone for companionship that can make sure she eats and help her find activities she can do like vacuuming, watering her plants etc. She does have a small friendly dog. She basically needs supervision. About the care needs: Need a very patient person, female. Must be able to walk a quarter mile. My mom walks everyday. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
