Job Description
Rightstone is seeking a reliable and dedicated Cemetery Services Specialist to join our team in Alcoa, TN 37701, on a contract basis through December 2025. This steady, hands-on position pays $15 per hour and typically follows a Monday to Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (about 40 hours per week). Hours may vary based on burial schedules and weather, and occasional weekend or overtime work may be required. Candidates must be dependable, a team player, and comfortable operating heavy equipment outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Maintain cemetery grounds and assist with burial preparations
- Operate heavy equipment such as backhoes and tractors safely and efficiently
- Work professionally and respectfully in sensitive environments
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean worksite
- Collaborate effectively with team members to complete daily tasks
- Dependable with strong punctuality and attendance
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Experience operating heavy equipment preferred
- Ability to work well within a team and follow safety guidelines
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed
