Your Job: Lead a small crew (2-5 people) on job sites, overseeing all grouting work.

• Leading Your Crew: Guide, train, and manage your team. Make sure everyone knows what to do and works together.
• Running the Grouting:
• Set up, run, and take down grouting equipment (pumps, mixers).
• Mix and inject grout materials precisely.
• Watch pressures and flows to make sure the job is done right.
• Fix small equipment problems in the field.

• Safety First:
• Make sure everyone follows all safety rules, every day.
• Lead daily safety talks and spot hazards.
• Ensure everyone wears the right safety gear.
• Report any accidents or close calls immediately.
• Quality Work & Paperwork:
• Check grout mixes and work quality often.
• Keep accurate daily records of work, materials, and hours.
• Ensure the job matches the plans.
• Working Together: Talk with supervisors, engineers, and other teams on site.

  What You Need:

• Experience: 3 years in grouting or similar construction (drilling, foundations, concrete).
• Leadership: 3 years experience leading a crew.
• Hands-on Skills: Know how to operate grouting equipment and handle materials.
• Safety Minded: Strong understanding of job site safety and OSHA rules.
• Blueprint Reading: Able to understand job plans.
• Problem Solver: Can troubleshoot issues on-site.
• Good Communicator: Clear and direct with your team and others.
• Physical Work: Must be able to lift heavy materials, work outdoors in all weather, and be on your feet.
• Valid Driver's License
• Travel: Willingness to travel to job sites.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $25.00 Per Hour
