Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service in Spanish, addressing inquiries related to fashion products, orders, and returns.
• Assist customers with product selections and provide styling advice to enhance their shopping experience.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Document all customer interactions accurately, maintaining comprehensive records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the logistics and inventory teams to track orders and provide timely updates to customers.
• Stay updated on current fashion trends and product offerings to provide informed assistance to clients.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance both product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and a strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the fashion or retail industry, is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate records.
• A genuine passion for fashion and a desire to help customers find the perfect products.
