Trustaff is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Washington, District of Columbia.
Job Description & Requirements- Specialty: Labor and Delivery
- Discipline: RN

- Duration: 13 weeks
- 36 hours per week
- Shift: 12 hours, nights
- Employment Type: Travel
L&D RN – Washington, DC
- 3x12 night shifts available
- Must live 50+ miles from facility
- Fast-paced Labor & Delivery unit handling high-risk and acute OB patients
- Cerner experience required
- BSN highly preferred
Required Experience & Certifications:
- 3+ years recent Labor & Delivery experience required
- Current RN license in state/district required
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program required
- BLS required
- ACLS required
- NRP required
- AWHONN required
Key Skills Needed:
- Laboring patient management
- High-risk OB care
- Electronic fetal monitoring interpretation
- Vaginal exams
- Circulating C-sections
- Emergency response and maternal stabilization
- Neonatal stabilization and resuscitation
- Medication titration and critical thinking skills
