Outpatient-only primary care near Sacramento International Airport; no call, weekends, or holidays.

Practice Setting

• Modern outpatient clinic with onsite lab, X-ray, and behavioral health
• Two exam rooms per provider with dedicated MA support
• Physician-led team with supportive leadership and high satisfaction scores

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 8a-5p with 30-minute lunch
• Choose a 4- or 5-day workweek
• Start with 12 patients/day, with option to ramp up to 20

Cases and Procedures

• Adult and teen care (16+ only); no OB, no pediatrics
• Chronic conditions like diabetes, HTN, post-op follow-ups
• Simple acute visits, cultures, and basic in-house labs

Requirements

• Active California license and DEA
• Background check and drug screen required
• Must interview with clinic leadership

Travel Accommodations

• Flights, lodging, rental car, and mileage covered
• Clinic is 1 hour from Sacramento International Airport (SMF)
