\nRN - OR
\nJob Details:
\n• 13-week contract with 8-hour variable shifts
\n • Shift times include a mix of 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, and 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
\n • Guaranteed 40 hours per week, except during holidays when the unit is closed
\n • On-call requirement of 6-8 weeknights and 1-2 weekends during the 13-week contract
\n • 30-minute response time required for on-call - must be ready and in the OR within 30 minutes
\n • Call-back minimum is 2 hours
\n • Weekend requirement is for call only with holiday rotation
\n • May float to other locations if needed
\n • Minimum 5+ years of OR experience required with at least 1 prior travel assignment
\n • Experience in a larger facility with a comparable OR volume of 20+ ORs required
\n • Circulating required; scrubbing preferred
\n • Da Vinci Robotic experience required
\n • Trauma Level II experience required
\n • Must have a personal vehicle - cannot rely on rideshare services due to on-call responsibilities
\n • Epic charting experience preferred
\n • Works in a 21-OR facility handling 40-60 cases per day with an average of 45 cases
\n • Specialties include General Surgery, GYN, Urology, Plastics, ENT, and GI
\n • Must be flexible, hardworking, resilient, adaptable to change, and willing to perform downtime tasks as needed
\n • Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, and Wisconsin RN License
\n • Associate Degree or Certificate required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
\n • Scrub colors: any color

\nThis facility is a full-service hospital featuring 21 operating rooms and a high-volume surgical program handling an average of 45 cases per day across a wide range of specialties including general surgery, gynecology, urology, plastics, ENT, and GI. As a Trauma Level II facility, it is equipped to handle complex and high-acuity cases and utilizes advanced technology including Da Vinci Robotic surgical systems.
