Title: Warehouse Material Handler
Location: Richmond, CA (Onsite)
Payrate: $19/hour (Overtime available)
Duration: 12-month contract (Great potential for extension or permanent)
Hours: Full-time | Monday-Friday | 7am-3:30pm

What You'll Do:
- Support distribution operations in all material handling functions to meet daily shipping objectives
- Perform box making, labeling, cold environment processing, picking, and packing operations
- Handle carrier package sorting and maintain safety through clean-up procedures
- Rotate between different processing areas weekly, flexing between various operations throughout the day
- Work collaboratively with peers to learn operations and adapt quickly to changing daily demands
- Maintain focus on completing competing priorities in a timely and productive manner
- Stay vigilant about safety by cleaning as you go and being aware of surroundings
- Use warehouse management systems and basic computer skills for inventory tracking
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and lift assist equipment for material handling
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of related experience in warehouse, production, or manufacturing environments
- Experience with packaging finished products, sealing bags, pouches, and applying labels
- Basic warehouse experience with understanding of warehouse layout and operations
- Steel toe shoes (required for safety compliance)
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment while moving upright for 6-10 hours
- Positive attitude with can-do motivation to complete tasks efficiently
- Ability to lift at least 15 lbs and operate material handling equipment
- Must pass drug screening and background check
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or life sciences industries
- Forklift certification or experience with powered industrial equipment
- Experience working in cold storage or temperature-controlled environments
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or quality control processes
- Bilingual communication skills
