Senior Technical Accounting Manager

Senior Technical Accountant Manager (10206) 

Client is looking for a strong Technical Accounting Manager to join their team on a contract basis. A 2-month commitment is required. 

Keys:

• Lead the technical accounting research of complex accounting topics to determine potential impact to the company (consolidation processes, variable interest entities, etc.)
• Update and/or review annual accounting memos and maintain accounting policies for the company.
• Work closely with investor relations on all external reporting, earnings calls, and investor relations materials.
• Experience working with external auditors
• Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Workiva experience helpful, not required
