Front/Back Office Medical Assistant

Now hiring experienced medical office personnel.

Medical Assistant job skills to include: Interview and room patients for the physicians. Input medical data/history into electronic medical record, (experience with eClinicalworks electronic medical record system helpful), assist with in office nasal/sinus/ear procedures, cleaning/handling of endoscopes and other office instruments, assist with allergy treatments. Administer injections.

Will be expected to assist with answering phones to schedule patient appointments, answer physician messages, assist with lab/imaging scheduling. Assist with surgical scheduling as needed.

A knowledge/understanding of insurances and experience with medical pre-authorizations, copays/deductibles/coinsurance is REQUIRED.
