\n Job Summary:
\n Provides professional nursing care to assigned patients utilizing the nursing process, within established standards and practices. The role involves direct patient care, evaluation of outcomes, and collaboration with other specialists to ensure optimal patient care. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation, addressing psychosocial and cultural needs, and functioning as a patient advocate. The RN will also supervise other healthcare staff, assist physicians with procedures, and participate in performance improvement activities.

  • Associate’s degree in nursing (required); Bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferred).
