As servant leaders, we lead by example./p pstrongShift: Tuesday-Friday, 4:30 pm-3:00 am/strong/p pstrong$18 per hour - Great benefits after 30 days!/strong/p pThe purpose of this role is to hand-sort pallets accurately and efficiently, based on appropriate manufacturer, quality and grade, as determined through visual inspection process meeting quality and quantity goals./p pstrongAccountabilities/strong/p ul liEngage in Safety to ensure Plan To Zero (PTZ) is met ul liConduct all activities and perform all job duties and functions following strict adherence to established, company implemented safety behaviors, processes, and procedures. /li /ul /li liImprove and maintain Quality Expectations ul liHand-sort pallets accurately and efficiently, based on appropriate manufacture, quality and grade, as determined through visual inspection process ul liInspect and determine level of repair pallet needs following established repair criteria./li liSort pallets accurately, based on appropriate quality and grade as determined through inspection and repair process. /li /ul /li /ul /li liProduction Expectations are understood, achieved and sustained ul liProduction-based position; must be able to effectively meet minimum production and quality requirements./li liAny other duties as assigned by site leadership./li /ul /li liMission and Values ul liAble to effectively work within a diverse team environment./li /ul /li /ul pstrongGeneral Responsibilities/strong/p ul li ul liPerform sanitation, �Clean as You Go,� and good housekeeping practices./li liMay be required to operate a Fork-Lift in a safe and efficient manner (training and certification to be provided)./li liAbility to lift up to 70 lbs. consistently throughout duration of shift./li liAbility to effectively perform a job requiring consistent, repetitive motion, bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting. /li /ul /li /ul pstrongQualifications/strongstrong /strong/p ul li ul liFamiliarity using a pallet jack./li liPrior Forklift experience and certification preferred, but not required./li liExperience in a fast-paced, production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred./li liHigh School Diploma, GED, or comparable work-related experience preferred./li /ul /li /ul pRehrig Pacific Company is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
