In addition, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities with the goal of reducing manual efforts, contributing to growth of the organization, promotion of patient and user experience and creating innovative solutions with operations, fostering strong working relationships with key stakeholders and vendors to align technology solutions to the goals of the system, promoting the consistent use of available tools, techniques, workflows, and platforms, budgeting, and management/administrative tasks assigned./span/span/span/span/ppspan /span/ppspanTo be successful in this role, you will be expected to remain updated on the latest solutions and technologies and advocate /spanspanfor spanthe adoption of industry best practices./span/span/pp/ppbWhat you will do:/b/pullibuComprehensive Solutions Management: /u/bLeads end-to-end activities for the assigned solutions portfolio, including planning, technical setup, building, testing, training, deployment, optimizing, and support, ensuring high-performance outcomes across teams./lilibuStrategic Relationship Management:/u/b Establishes relationships with domain leaders to understand strategic business needs and user requirements; identifies business requirements to guide specifications for ease of business operations./lilibuGovernance Committee Participation:/u/b Lead or participate in governance committees to collaborate with key stakeholders about priority and workload./lilibuCross-Functional Leadership Collaboration:/u/b Develops strong partnerships with fellow leaders and vendors across functional areas to identify synergies, collaborate effectively, and deliver seamless, efficient outcomes./lilibuTalent amp; Resource Management: /u/bMentor direct reports through oversight of activities including budgets, policy enforcement, talent management, stakeholder relationships, and governance to ensure alignment with security and operational standards./lilibuTechnology Adoption and Participation in Industry Groups/u/b: Remains updated on latest technologies available in the market and promotes the implementation of relevant technologies. Participates in industry related organizations, such as HIMSS, CHIME, Epic UGM / XGM, Health-ISAC, as appropriate./lilibuOperational Support amp; Risk Assessment Leadership:/u/b Supports business operations by leading third-party risk assessments to ensure compliance with security policies./lilibuIT Security Governance:/u/b Develop and maintain the IT security governance framework, overseeing regular risk assessments, developing and maintaining system IT security policies and leading risk mitigation initiatives to enhance the organization#39;s security posture./lilibuRegulatory Compliance Management: /u/b Collaborate with various departments to ensure security measures are integrated into all aspects of operations while managing the organization’s security Risk Register and regulatory compliance activities./lilibuCompliance and Security Monitoring:/u/b Monitor and report on compliance status and security incidents, providing recommendations for improvement./lilibuSecurity Awareness Training:/u/b Develop and deliver security awareness training programs to employees./li/ulp/ppbWhat you will need:/b/pullispanbEducation/b: /spanBachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant related field.
