Material Handler - Full-time

pMAJOR FUNCTIONbr /The Material Handler#39;s primary job function is to supply the internal and external customer with parts and machines.br /ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*br /Locating, picking, and pulling parts for shipment.br /Packing service parts for shipment.br /Processing shipments through the Fed Ex and UPS systems.br /MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSbr /EDUCATION amp; EXPERIENCE:br /High school diploma for general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.br /KNOWLEDGE amp; PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:br /• Ability to work independently.br /• Must be able to read and write English.br /• Ability to use gun scanners effectively.br /• Must have the ability to demonstrate problem solving skills.br /• Must have good math skills and be detailed oriented.br /• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.br /• Must pick parts from heightened skills.br /• Must be able to climb stairs.br /• Must have basic computer skills.br /• Must be able to work scheduled or unscheduled overtime.br /• Ability to keep records of activities performed.br /• Knowledge of company safety practices and procedures.br /• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.br /• Prior forklift driving experience a plus.br /• Ability to become certified as a forklift driver.br /2br /• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.br /• Must be in good attendance standing.br /• Must be cross functional in all areas of operations./pp style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:left"bLet’s create a cleaner future together/b/pp style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:left"Cleaning has emerged as a key contributor to health and safety, sparked by technology and innovation.
