The Wait Staff Lead is responsible for pulling equipment for event set up, transporting materials and food to the event, setting up the event, serving guests, cleaning up the event, and returning equipment to the catering Department. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs./p/div/divdiv style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"Job Responsibilities/H2 /divdivp•    Leads catering team on all catering functionsbr •    Leads preparation banquet room for the functionbr •    Serve meals and beverages in accordance with catering protocol and banquet sheets  br •    Accurately set tables for special functions  br •    Load/unload event equipment into catering vehicles, following all safety procedures in compliance with DOT regulations.br •    Clean all functions areas upon completion  br •    Perform opening and closing side work as neededbr •    Must maintain a professional appearancebr •    Maintain storage rooms and supplies in an orderly fashionbr •    Maintain equipment and all other catering suppliesbr •    Perform all job duties safely and efficientlybr •    Follows all company safety policies and proceduresbr •    Ability to understand and follow directions from the Manager/Directorbr •    Ability to lift up to 50 lb and frequently lift, push, pull, or carry up to 30 lbbr •    Ability to walk or stand for extended time periods, up to 6 hoursbr •    Involves repetitive motionbr •    Involves working with chemicals, heated equipment, steam and at other risk conditionsbr •    Ability to move in and out of catering vehicles and transport event equipment and food product in a safe manner  br •    Cross-training and work in other dining locations as needed  br •    May supervise the staff and sanitation of facilities of the locationsbr •    Responsible for openings and closing the building, addressing employee matters, and making sure the location is staffed appropriately/p pAt Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers.
