h3Responsibilities/h3divpstrongWe have immediate openings for experienced CNC Machinists for our Machining Department. nbsp;Candidates MUST be able to work any shift Day or Night Shift + Overtime./strong/p pstrongNight shift is Monday-Thursday: 8pm - 6am (overtime +weekends)/strong/p pstrongDay shift is Monday - Thursday: nbsp;6am - 4pm (overtime +weekends)/strong/p pstrongPay rate is based on experience: nbsp;$21.61/hr - $27.38/hr depending on machining experience/strong/p pOur Savannah Operations is a heavy industrial forging manufacturing plant located in Midway, Georgia, employs approximately 170 people and is poised for growth!br/nbsp;/p pOur CNC Machinists perform a variety of tasks including the following:nbsp;/p ul liPerforming TPM procedures such as monitoring and ensuring proper coolant and oil levels, cleaning filters, and changing out chip bins/li liEnsuring parts are flat on the banking surface, verifying the correct program is loaded into machines, identifying the surface finishes, and other related work./li liSetting up and operating equipment for machining and inspections, operating hand tools, and other related general manufacturing work as assigned by plant leadership./li /ul piJob Requirements:/i/p ul liCandidates strongMUST/strong be able to work any shift including nights and weekends/li liThis position may require overtime on Fridays as needed and directed by operations/li liSubject to preemployment contingencies: drug test, physical, and background check/li liSubject to a 90 day probationary period/li /ul piCompany Benefits:/i/p pWe offer eligible employees a comprehensive benefits package designed to assist employees and their families with financial security, health and well-being.
