Let your journey begin with InfraServices! /span/divdivnbsp;/divdivbr/divdivb style="font-size: 16px;"Job Summary: /bspan style="font-size: 16px;"The Tower Technician III serves as the senior-level field technician responsible for leading tower crews in the installation, maintenance, and repair of wireless communication towers and related infrastructure.nbsp; This role requires advanced technical knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.nbsp; This position plays a key role in training team members, coordinating site activities, and ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.nbsp;/span/divdivspan style="font-size: 16px;"nbsp;/span/divdivb style="font-size: 16px;"Essential Duties and Responsibilities:nbsp;/b/divdivspan style="font-size: 16px;"•Serve as the lead technician on site, directing daily crew operations, and ensuring adherence to scope, and safety and quality standardsnbsp;/span/divdivspan style="font-size: 16px;"•Climb and perform work on communication towers and elevated structures up to 500 feet/span/divdivspan style="font-size: 16px;"•Perform and oversee the installation, alignment, and troubleshooting of antennas, radios, hybrid cables, connectors, and mounts/span/divdivspan style="font-size: 16px;"•Interpret and ensure execution of construction drawings, site plans, and RF specifications/span/divdivspan style="font-size: 16px;"•Perform advanced testing and troubleshooting, including sweep testing, PIM testing, and fiber/connector inspections/span/divdivspan style="font-size: 16px;"•Conduct quality assurance checks and ensure all work is completed according to customer and Company standards/span/divdivspan style="font-size: 16px;"•Maintain and inspect rigging, hoisting, and climbing equipment to ensure proper use and safety/span/divdivspan style="font-size: 16px;"•Model safe behavior on-site and ensure crew participation in all safety protocols, meetings, and briefingsnbsp;/span/divdivspan style="font-size: 16px;"•Complete required documentation accurately, including daily reports, quality checklists, and site photos/span/divdivspan style="font-size: 16px;"•Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and vehicles/span/divdivspan style="font-size: 16px;"•Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring all tools, materials, and waste are properly handled and disposed ofnbsp;/span/divdivspan style="font-size: 16px;"•Assist the foreman in training, mentoring, and supporting less experienced team members in both technical skills and safety practicesnbsp;/span/divdivspan style="font-size: 16px;"•Travel regularly to job sites, which may include overnight staysnbsp;/span/divdivspan style="font-size: 16px;"•Other duties as assigned/span/divdivbr/divdivb style="font-size: 16px;"Qualifications:/bspan style="font-size: 16px;" To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily.
