You are passionate about health and fitness, exciting others by encouraging their potential.#xa0;You are the expert on all the club’s amenities, features,#xa0;and programs.#xa0;You’re responsible for building lasting relationships with prospective and current members, ensuring they’re maximizing their Equinox experience.#xa0;/ppstronguJOB OVERVIEW:/u/strong/ppFull-time Membership Sales Advisors are responsible for achieving or exceeding individual sales goals, renewals and ancillary service goals by pre-planning the month with strategic outreach, in-club lead generation, and securing member referrals through events.#xa0;You will work under the management of a General Manager#xa0;and with#xa0;the support of a Regional#xa0;Sales#xa0;Manager#xa0;as well as your sales team. Membership Sales#xa0;Advisors#xa0;must display, have knowledge of and participate in all the club's services, programs, and products. Above all, Membership Sales#xa0;Advisors#xa0;have the ability to build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members in order to build a strong referral base and retain members.#xa0;/ppstrongRESPONSIBILITIES/strong/pulliResponsible for selling club memberships/liliProspect new business and clients/liliHost events and workshops for in-club lead generation/liliAchieve or exceed individual sales goals, renewals and ancillary service goals/liliConduct pre-planning activities each month including strategic outreach, for securing member referrals #xa0;/liliBuild rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members/liliUnder the leadership of a General Manager, the support of a Regional Sales Manager and a sales team, Advisors must display, have knowledge of and participate in all the club's services, programs, and products/li/ulstrongQualifications:/strongulliPrevious sales experience preferred/liliAn entrepreneurial spirit/liliConfidence to perform on an incentive based salary/liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills/liliEnthusiastic, energetic, personable and friendly disposition/liliPersonal passion for health and fitness/liliEnjoy working within a team/liliStrong time management skills and practices/liliAbility to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including weekends#xa0;/liliWilling and able to work evenings, weekends and holidays #xa0;/liliMUST be able to work the last 4 days of each month#xa0;/li/ulpstrongPay Transparency: $16.50 Hourly.
