Check units just prior to move-in for final condition./liliRoutine work orders must be responded to within twenty-four (24) hours and completed within the same time frame if possible./liliWhen directed, maintain of swimming pool, amenity areas, spas, and fountains. Vacuum backwash, etc. Maintaining proper chemicals and water levelsnbsp;/liliDaily logs maintained/liliOther duties as assigned./liliMaintain a clean and safe work environment and follow OSHA guidelines./liliMust have the ability to work weekends when necessary and be on-call as needed./liliMust have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation./li/ulpbr//ppRequirements/ppstrongRequirements:/strong/ppThe apartment Make-Ready Technician shall have the following skills, education, and experience:/pulliKeep the maintenance shop clean and swept regularly./liliDaily walk-through of vacant apartments./liliCommunicate regularly with the Maintenance Supervisor or Community Manager regarding issues and recommendations for property improvements.nbsp;/liliMonitor security- all vacant units, outside doors of the clubhouse, and other maintenance and/or common facilities and amenities. Ensure doors are locked.
