Get customer credibility through fulfilled commitments./span/li li style="line-height: normal;"span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #232629;"Ensure an open and straight communication line between OEM and the contracted customer./span/li li style="line-height: normal;"span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #232629;"Suggest improvements to both OEM and contracted customer./span/li li style="line-height: normal;"span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #232629;"Immediately analyze problems at OEM's facility to find the proper solution (and avoid claim) and inform affected production plants to take appropriate corrective actions.
