Join our team and bring your best self to the table./p pstrongWhat you will be doing/strong/p pMain responsibilities:/p p· Answers department phones and schedules receiving appointments./p p· Prints purchase order paperwork and assigns drivers to doors./p p· Tracks and reports carrier on-time delivery performance./p p· Maintains scheduling balance (day to day) for receiving department./p p· Collects and files load detail paperwork/p p· Invoices outbound stores/p p· Organizes, box and prepares invoices for shipping to scan upload site./p p· Sorts, files and maintains invoices, receipts, contracts, or other special department documents./p p· Performs other related duties as assigned which may include duties specific to assigned department./p pThe position will be based innbsp;Brea, Ca./p pThe pay range is $23.08-25 per hour, but no less than the local minimum wage.nbsp;Starting wage will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications.
