(Based on experience)/liliQuarterly bonuses based on incentive program!/liliReceive nationally recognized certifications which upon completion boosts your pay!/liliWe are currently offering a restricted stock grant!/liliMedical, dental, and vision insurance/lili401k with a company match, PTO, paid holidays, FlexPay, and tuition reimbursement./liliReceive a company vehicle, gas card, tools, professional uniform, and PPE!/liliDefined career pathing opportunities including Lead, Supervisor, Manager, and Director./liliSignificant discounts on broadband packages for employees residing in our service areas./li/ulp/ppbWhat you’ll be doing:/bbr /Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to those listed below:/pulliPerform new connects, reconnects, disconnects, upgrades, downgrades and change-of-service, for phone, internet or video services/liliInstall and relocate outlets/liliInstall or remove converters and cable modems/liliInstall interior and exterior wiring/liliConnect peripheral equipment/liliTrain customers on proper use of equipment/liliMonitor, repair and record system, drop, and in-house leakage/liliAssure proper signal levels and picture quality/liliIdentify causes of picture and/or signal degradation/liliTroubleshoot from consumer device to tap/liliTroubleshoot, repair and replace components from tap to consumer device/liliAssure system security by terminating unused ports and tag drops and locking pedestals/liliTake voltage measurements/liliUnderstand/apply FCC and NESC technical standards/liliIdentify and report all incidents of noncompliance (FCC, NESC, OSHA and WOW standards)/liliProvide superior customer service amp; maintain professional appearance/behavior at all times/liliComplete all tasks to WOW! quality standards/liliMaintain excellent attendance/liliResponsible for motor vehicle per company policy including equipment amp; tool inventory, vehicle security and vehicle maintenance/liliReplaces defective/damaged tap plates and installs new taps/liliTests, maintains, splices, repairs and replaces coax cable./liliTests coax cable using signal level meters, volt-OHM meters, spectrum analyzers and compares findings with documentation./liliPerforms network troubleshooting including ping test, trace routes and speed test./liliOther duties as assigned - which may include training other employees/li/ulp/ppbAll YOU need is:/bbr /To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
