This position supports both housekeeping and laundry services, assists with resident transitions, and helps maintain our high standards for comfort and cleanliness./p pstrongKey Responsibilities:/strong/p ul liOversee daily housekeeping and laundry schedules and coordinate updates with the Director/li liCommunicate with residents regarding services, updates, and schedule changes/li liManage scheduling for deep cleans, carpet and window cleaning/li liAssist with apartment move-in/move-out procedures and inspections/li liProcess supply orders and code invoices for the Environmental Services department/li liCross-train in basic housekeeping and laundry tasks to provide hands-on support when needed/li liProvide general support to the Environmental Services team as assigned/li /ul pstrongQualifications:/strong/p ul liHigh school diploma or equivalent required/li liPrevious experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or environmental services preferred/li liStrong communication and organizational skills/li liBilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred/li liAbility to multitask, work independently, and manage shifting priorities/li liBasic proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry/li liAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (e.g., cleaning, moving furniture)/li /ul pstrongWhy Join Us?/strongbr/Be part of a team that values excellence, teamwork, and resident care.
