div bJob Summary:/b/div divIn addition to the responsibilities listed below, this position is also responsible for assisting with performance aspects of Educational Theater Program productions, including scriptwriting, preparation, rehearsal, acting, and facilitation of assigned roles; following the booking and touring strategy of educational theater internal or community outreach programs; supporting the coordination of production schedules and internal or community service education productions; assisting in coordinating special projects including annual auditions, premieres of new programs, and community events; adhering to quality and artistic integrity of theater performances; representing KP internally, in the community, and to the media; and supporting the immediate team in promoting and creating initiatives to oversee the development of new projects within the theater programs to achieve program and community/organizational goals./divdivbrbEssential Responsibilities:/b/div ulliPursues effective relationships with others by sharing information with coworkers and members.
