p style="margin-left:0in;"The Clinical Registered Nurse (RN) II is responsible for managing individualized patient care by promoting and restoring patients' health in accordance with medical and nursing plans of care and established policies and procedures. The Clinical RN II collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team members in the development, execution, and evaluation of the multidisciplinary plan of care. The RN assumes a full patient assignment and can plan, analyze, intervene and set goals for patient care accordingly. This nurse provides nursing services to patients and families in accordance with the scope of the RN as defined by the Virginia Board of Nursing.
