SCHEDULE :

• 40 hours per week 10-hour shifts 7am-5pm (Mon - Fri)

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• EMR: EPIC
• Number of OR Rooms: 12
• Provider will be working with all ages.
• Client is looking for full time coverage!
• No call required.
• OR volume is high. 11 OR rooms booked 7am-5pm or 7am-7pm, 4 off site locations and 3 ambulatory OR rooms
• Case mix is 6 months old and up. Peds are healthy ent and dental
• All specialties with the exception of open heart
• 60 day credentialing timeframe

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS :

• NBCRNA - Required
• MI license or IMLC - Required
• BLS and ACLS - Required
• PALS - preferred
• Must be available full time to be considered- 4 10s per week- Required
