Hematology/Oncology Physician - Now Hiring

Hematology/Oncology Locums position in Springfield, MO- $500 hourly

Medical Oncology in Danville, IL where Outpatient Coverage with possible rounding is needed. Here are some of the details:

Coverage Need/Schedule Details: Mainly Outpatient

• Clinic Hours: Monday - Friday 8A - 5P
• Rounding: as needed

Candidate Requirements:

• Board Certified- REQUIRED
• Active MO License - REQUIRED
• Provider to supervise APP s- REQUIRED

Practice Description:

• Most oncologists do 4 days outpatient with 1 day as admin/hospital.
• Patients per day: Would prefer 16, really up to the locum (2 new heme; then 14 established) or we would consider them just doing average 6 new heme patients in a day, only focus on the new heme to keep that access open.
• Hem only coverage would be outpatient/clinic only see only new heme referrals coming in as we have a backlog of 110 at this time and we average at least 8 new referrals per day for just heme.
• APP s available for coverage
• EMR: Epic

Compensation for this positon is highly competitive at $500 hourly.
