Opportunity Highlights: Dates of Coverage: December 30, 2024, through January 7, 2025. Please note, only candidates available for these dates will be considered. Schedule: 24-hour call coverage only. No clinic duties required. Patient Volume & Case Mix: Daily patient volume averages 5 cases. Practice manages approximately 80 heart surgeries annually (pre-COVID volumes were around 110 cases per year). Practice Support: Collaborative team including: 1 Advanced Practice Provider (APP) 1 Medical Assistant (MA) 1 Medical Office Specialist (MOS) 1 Registered Nurse (RN) Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Meditech Requirements: Active Utah Medical License and DEA registration. Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Surgery. Clean credentials for expedited temporary privileges.
