Seeking a full-time BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join our Primary Care practice in Peoria, Illinois.

Opportunity Details:

• Outpatient clinic that provides Primary Care, walk-In, and Occupational health services
• Clinic hours are Mon - Fri from 8 AM - 6 PM
• Join an established practice with an Advanced Practice Provider and dedicated support staff
• Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination
• Average number of patients/day is 18 - 25

Compensation and Benefits:

• The compensation range for this position is $313,000 - $350,000
