SMART is actively recruiting multiple emergency medicine physicians for locum coverage in Harlingen, TX and Brownsville, TX. Coverage is needed beginning as soon as credentialed and will be ongoing for 6+ months.Additional details include:BC/BE EM preferred, but will consider IM/FM with EM experienceActive TX license and DEA (Or IMLC)ACLS, ATLS and PALS requiredShift times: Vary based on sites. There are 8, 10, and 12hr shifts availableAnnual volume: 5k, 19k, 20k, 23, 41k (total of 5 sites with system that will need coverage)Typical backup specialties available for a large system are available.EMR: CernerAvg. 60-90 days for credentialingSMART covers malpractice, travel and accommodations.
