Job Description: Prevention therapy Maintenance and rehabilitation of patients by performing interviews and examineseach patient Review past medical history and requests or performs complex diagnostic tests and examinations deemed necessary to obtain all possibleinformation related to each case. Make preliminary diagnosis, directs, prescribes or provide treatment or arranges for specialized care or patient referral as required.8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, Call-Back Hours and Overtime Hours after 5 pm. Overtime: Contractor shall be subject to working longer hours if patient load demands are present and rotating shifts to provide coverage in the Outpatientand Inpatient Departments. Weeknight On-Call/Standby Hours: 15 Hours per night, 5:00 pmto 8:00 am, Monday through Friday. Weekend/Holiday On-Call/Standby Hours: 24 Hours per day.
