General Neurologist Needed in Central Eastern ArizonaLocation Central Eastern Arizona Practice Type- General Neurologist Start Date As soon as credentialing is completeWe have an immediate need for a General Neurologist for a hospital located in Central Eastern Arizona. Below are additional details:Job Description- Hours: Full Time - Forty (40) hours weekly- Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm / Friday - Half Day (8:00am - 12:00pm)- Call: Yes - Six (6) days a month/ to be determined- Providers: Currently Using Tele-Neurology- Patient Load: To be determined. - License Requirement: DEA, BE, BC, BLS, AZ.
