Seeking a Psychiatrist for locums in Colorado Specialty: Psychiatry Coverage dates: March 14, 2022 - Ongoing The facility is a 14-bed geriatric behavioral health unit specializing in dementia and dementia-related behaviors. Average LOS 20 days, the average age of the patient is 80, voluntary unit. Support services include laboratory, RT, imaging services 24X7; speech, PT and OT available seven days per week. 3-4 Admits per week - all are pre-planned. The candidate must be Board Certified by the American Board of Neurology and Psychiatry and have experience with the geriatric population and with dementia.
