Locum Tenens: Non-Invasive Cardiologist Needed (Near Haynesville, VA) (December 2024 - March 2025)

Make a Difference in a Growing Community:

• Play a pivotal role in a 391-bed facility, offering a mix of inpatient, outpatient, and consultative care for adult and geriatric patients.
• Partner with one existing cardiologist and supervise four mid-level providers, ensuring seamless patient care across various settings.

Varied Schedule with Weekend Coverage:

• Maintain a consistent full-time schedule (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM) with manageable call requirements (1 weekend/month and 1 weeknight/week on a 1:4 call ratio).

Comprehensive Care with Streamlined Systems:

• Utilize your expertise in echocardiography, electrocardiograms (EKGs), and CPET echocardiography for accurate diagnoses.
• Benefit from the EPIC electronic medical record system for efficient documentation.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified in Non-Invasive Cardiology is mandatory.
• Current certifications in ACLS and BLS are required.
• An active Virginia state medical license is necessary.
