Physician / Wisconsin / Any / Gastroenterologist Job

Gastroenterologist needed January- ongoing near Plover, WI

• M- F, 8 hour days plus call
• Inpatient and Outpatient
• Patients per day- varies
• Credentialing Timeframe- 90 days
• Support staff- 1 RN, 1 MA, 1 NP/PA
• Certifications required- ACLS, BLS
• Must be board certified
• Beeper call, 24 hour coverage, 20 minutes to responded
• ERCP/EUS preferred not required
• Open to a week on/week off.
• Ideally looking for a total of 1.0FTE so with that model, perhaps we could find 2 providers to rotate.
• Clinic and procedure setting.
• $1250 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
