It consists of twenty-one locations in 6 counties (Mobile, Baldwin, Choctaw, Escambia, Monroe and Conecuh) in Alabama. The services provided by us include pediatrics, OB/GYN, family medicine, internal medicine, geriatrics, rheumatology, dentistry, optometry, physical therapy, nutrition services, wellness & fitness, social services, substance abuse prevention and treatment, HIV/AIDS services including case management, health education, pharmacy, laboratory, x-ray, and transportation services for the homeless.HPSA SCORE = 17ABOUT THE POSITION:Physician must hold a MD or DO degree and BC/BE in Family Medicine.Monday - Friday / 8-5No Call/ No Weekends / No HolidaysBC/BECurrent AL licensedAverage patients per day = 20-25 (all ages)EMR = NexGenWill report to CMOCredentialing time frame: 30 daysWe offer full benefits which include Health, Dental, Life Insurance, Retirement Plan, CME, & Malpractice coverage.
