Responsibilities: Engage in rounding on all pediatric inpatients and newborns in the hospital, with 24-hour availability for inpatient needs. Annual Births: Contribute to an average of 750+ births per year, participating in the care of a diverse patient population. Daily Census: Manage an average pediatric inpatient daily census ranging from 1-5 patients. Educational Involvement: Collaborate with a Family Medicine Residency Program, contributing to educational initiatives.
