NeuroInterventional Radiology Locums Opportunity in Burlington, VT : $450 hourly, hour call

Description:

NeuroInterventional Radiology in Burlington, VT where Inpatient coverage and call is needed. Here are some of the details:

Start Date: August 1, 2024- January 31, 2025

Coverage needed:

• Reading Images Monday Friday, 8 hours per day
• Call service overnight and weekends
• Prefer to have 24/7 coverage for the week.

• Must be within 30 minutes of facility: REQUIRED
• Neurointerventional Radiology Fellowship- REQUIRED
• ABR Certified in Neuroradiology & Diagnostic Radiology: REQUIRED
• Certifications: Neuroradiology CAQ Certified and Acute Stroke Certification: REQUIRED
• Active VT license: REQUIRED

Position Details:

Radiology to include stroke service 24/7 while working.

• Cerebral angiography
• Mechanical thrombectomy (for stroke)
• Carotid artery stenting
• Intracranial embolization for ruptured aneurysms, dural AV fistula, and AVMs
• Middle meningeal artery embolization
• Extracranial embolization for epistaxis, H&N tumor hemorrhage
• Lumbar punctures, including for intrathecal chemotherapy
• Myelograms
• Spine biopsies, including fluoroscopic and CT guided
• Level 1 Trauma Center for Vermont and Northern Upstate New York, and a Comprehensive Stroke Center
• EMR System: Epic
