Medical Oncology Locums Opportunity in Danville, IL- $5,500 Daily

Medical Oncology in Danville, IL where Clinic with Inpatient rounding Coverage and daily call is needed. Here are some of the details:

Coverage Need/Schedule Details: ASAP- Ongoing- Provider must be able to cover a minimum of a week at a time.

• Tue-Fri 8a-4:30p inpatient then clinic 9-12, 1-4
• Call coverage 4:30p-8a Tues-Fri

Submission Requirements:

• 1 year experience-REQUIRED
• Active IL License or IMLC - REQUIRED
• CSR License-REQUIRED
• Provider to supervise APP s-REQUIRED
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS-REQUIRED

Practice Description:

• Admit s, H&P s, F/u s, consults, rounding etc
• Provider is required to make rounds in the hospital prior to clinic hours 8a-9a
• Once completed they will then see patients in the clinic 9a-4:30p
• Solo coverage
• Support staff: RN's, Nurse Navagators
• Total patient load (Clinic+Inpatient)- 10
• Clinic- Mostly patients in therapy that day
• No new patients seen by locum's
• Procedures: Possible if need to preform a bone marrow asspiration.
• Will need to treat AML but no new.
• Average admissions while on call: 5
• EMR: Epic

Compensation for this opportunity is highly competitive at $5,500 daily.
