Inpatient-only Gastroenterology assignment near Florence, South Carolina with block scheduling and no ERCP requirements.

Practice Setting

• Inpatient-only coverage at a regional hospital
• No clinic or outpatient volume
• APP helps with weekday rounding and consults
• Weekend procedures performed in the OR if needed

Schedule

• 24-hour call with onsite daytime responsibilities
• Rounding, consults, and procedures 8-10 hours/day
• Lighter consult volume on weekends
• Assignment blocks open through late 2025

Cases and Procedures

• Focus on inpatient GI scopes and emergent procedures
• 15-20 new consults/day plus inpatient scopes
• No ERCP required

Requirements

• Board Certified or Eligible in Gastroenterology
• Active South Carolina license (or open to those seeking it)
• BLS and DEA required
