• Tuesday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm schedule
• 10 - 12 patients daily -- 60 min new patients, 20 - 30 min follow-ups
• Outpatient setting
• Coverage needed 7 - 10 weeks annually for staff physician leave
• Outpatient procedures only
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
